Tropical Bircher Muesli
Ingredients
100g natural muesli
60g wheat flakes
1 apple, peeled and grated
600g tub Australian low fat or skim fruit yogurt
1 mango, peeled and cut into strips
pulp of 2 passionfruit
1 1/2 tablespoons flaked almonds, toasted
Method
1. Combine muesli, flakes, apple and half the yogurt in a bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight.
2. Divide cereal into four serving bowls. Top evenly with remaining yogurt, mango, passionfruit pulp and flaked almonds. Serve.
