Seafood Platter
 Ingredients
1 large Mud Crab, cooked
4 Morton Bay Bugs, cooked
20 prawns, cooked
6 slices smoked salmon
handful of green lettuce leaves, mixed
seafood sauce
lemon wedges
Method
Arrange all seafood decoratively on a chilled platter with a few mixed green lettuce leaves and lemon wedeges for garnish.
Keep seafood platter covered in fridge until ready to serve.
All seafood should be bought fresh either on the day or one day before being served and refrigerated until required.
