Coles Cares Healthy Steps Challenge, it's as simple as 1,2,3

The Coles Cares Healthy Steps Challenge will commence 1 October and will run through the entire month of October.

The Healthy Steps Challenge is designed to encourage individuals to take three simple steps to achieve better health and wellbeing.

The three steps are:

1. Move Your Body
Exercise for at least 30 minutes on most days, preferably every day

2. Eat and Drink for Good Health
Eat two serves of fruit and five serves of vegetables
Drink eight glasses of water
Minimise alcohol intake
Reduce consumption of:
Saturated fats, Salt, Coffee and Treat foods.

3. Look after Yourself
Quit smoking.
Protect yourself in the sun. Put on a hat, wear protective sunglasses and use sunscreen with a minimum SPF of 30.
Take time to relax

Coles Supermarkets will be selling the Coles Cares Healthy Steps pack for $7.95, with $2.00 from each pack sold being donated to The Cancer Council Australia.

Terms and Conditions for Smart-Mum's Healthy Steps Competition.

1. Competition will run from Sunday 15th October til Tuesday 31st October 2006.
2. Winners will be chosen on Tuesday 7th November 2006.
3. Total prize value is less than $50.00.
3. The competition is open to all Australian residents.
4. Email addresses and other information collected during this Competition will be used purely for choosing the winners of the Competition and for distributing our newsletter, if you have opted in. Your details will not be forwarded or sold to anyone.
5. We reserve the right to change the specifics of the prizes as required. However, should this occur, we will notify all current entrants and update the prize listings. The value of the prize will remain the same as the prize originally offered.
6. Only one entry per e-mail address.
7. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in the final decision. The most original entries as chosen by our judges will win the prizes as listed above.
8. The judges decision is final. No correspondence will be entered in to.
9. Winners will be notified by e-mail.
10. You must claim your prize within 30 days of being notified by e-mail by Smart-Mums or your prize will be forfeited.
