Lamb Burger
Serves 4
Ingredients
500 g lean lamb mince
1 egg, beaten
1 large onion, sliced
425 g can sliced beetroot
1 tomato, sliced
shredded lettuce
Method
1. Combine mince and egg and form into 4 patties.
2. Cook on a heated barbecue with onions for about 2 mins each side until browned then a further 4 - 5 mins each side on a lower heat.
3. Serve on burger buns with onion, beetroot, tomato and lettuce. Add your favourite sauce.
