Spaghetti with blue swimmer crabmeat, chilli and garlic
Ingredients
4 garlic cloves, finely sliced
4 chillies, finely sliced and seeds removed
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
500 g fresh blue swimmer crabmeat
500 g spaghetti
1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
Method:
1. Gently cook the garlic and chilli in olive oil in a frying pan. Add the crabmeat, toss for 30 seconds and remove from heat.
2. Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente (cooked lightly so it still has a bite). Drain the spaghetti and toss in a large bowl with the crabmeat mix.
3. Add chopped parsley and season with cracked pepper. Serve immediately.
