Change the World celebrates 50 simple everyday actions that everyone can do to make the world a better place. They are deceptively simple things that don't require masses of time, money, or even conscience to achieve.

This is a book about involvement, a call to action beyond a credit card payment or direct debit donation. We live in peculiar times. More communication devices than ever before connect us, yet more people live alone. We want to belong to communities but our cities can be very lonely places. We buy things - more and more things- with more and more money; but they don't make us happy .

We feel things very deeply and we want to do something, but what? Change the World for Ten Bucks.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms and Conditions for Smart-Mum's Competition.

1. Competition will run from Thursday 1st March til Monday 30th April 2007.
2. Winners will be chosen on Monday 7th May 2007.
3. Total prize value is less than $500.00.
3. The competition is open to all Australian residents.
4. Email addresses and other information collected during this Competition will be used purely for choosing the winners of the Competition and for distributing our newsletter, if you have opted in. Your details will not be forwarded or sold to anyone.
5. We reserve the right to change the specifics of the prizes as required. However, should this occur, we will notify all current entrants and update the prize listings. The value of the prize will remain the same as the prize originally offered.
6. Only one entry per e-mail address.
7. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in the final decision. The most original entries as chosen by our judges will win the prizes as listed above.
8. The judges decision is final. No correspondence will be entered in to.
9. Winners will be notified by e-mail.
10. You must claim your prize within 30 days of being notified by e-mail by Smart-Mums or your prize will be forfeited.
