Rosemary and Red Wine
Lamb Cutlets
 Serves 4
Ingredients
1/4 cup CSR Squeeze Golden Syrup
1/4 cup red wine
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon chopped rosemary
1 clove garlic, crushed
12 lamb cutlets
Seasonal vegetables for serving
Method
Combine the Golden Syrup, wine, tomato paste, oil, rosemary and garlic in a bowl. Add cutlets and marinate for 20 minutes.
Remove cutlets from the marinade and barbecue over a medium heat until cooked to your liking.
Serve with your choice of freshly steamed seasonal vegetables.
This marinade is suitable for beef, chicken or lamb, and is excellent for skewered meats.
