Chicken, Vegetable & Pasta Soup
Makes 6 serves
Ingredients
500g Chicken breast, diced
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced carrot
100g small pasta (alphabet noodles are great)
1 tblsp chopped parsley
750ml Water
butter
Method
1. Cook diced chicken and celery in a little butter for 2-3 minutes.
2. Add all remaining ingredients, except parsley bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes.
3. Sprinkle with parsley, cool and serve.
For younger babies you can puree or mash up the soup. To make the soup a little bit thicker for easier eating, add more pasta. Yummy!
